I hereby grant permission to Stivers Media Design & Consulting, LLC, its employees, agents, and affiliates, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs and/or videos of me, for the purpose of advertising, marketing, promotion, or any other lawful purpose. I hereby release and discharge Stivers Media Design & Consulting, LLC, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of said photographs/videos, including but not limited to any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights. I understand and agree that these photographs/videos may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, social media platforms, or any other media outlet. I also understand that Stivers Media Design & Consulting, LLC may choose not to use my photographs/videos at this time, but may do so at its own discretion at a later date. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
